Sometimes situations arise that require more attention for Paws & Go than other trips.
These trips usually require some more preparation due to necessary extra steps due to the situation.
Examples include medical situations, repatriation in case of breakdown or illness abroad, traveling outside the EU or more than 5 animals from one owner. Paws & Go has a solution for every situation.
We handle special travel requests personally, just like all other requests. This way you can be sure that the transport of your pet(s) will also be safe and comfortable during this special trip.
If you wish to travel with Paws & Go yourself, this is possible in some cases. This is due to strict regulations regarding passenger transport.
Emergencies
In an exceptional situation, transport with appropriate urgency may be necessary.
These are situations where there is no time to extensively go through the preparation process.
For example, think of medical situations, the death of an owner (also abroad) or transport in the event of other calamities.
In the case of urgent requests, we will get to work for you immediately. We will then (where possible) take over all actions to prepare the trip from you directly.
